The 235-acre campus of the university has everything a student will need for their overall development. The campus is located at Gwalior. The university believes in providing the students with the best environment for learning and the most advanced infrastructure for professional growth. The Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh campus houses more than seven schools and special centres, classrooms complexes, student, faculty, and residential staff quarters, a healthcare centre operational 24 hours, and an administration block. In addition, the campus is well equipped with a sports ground for indoor and outdoor games, a gym, ATM, library, mess, and shopping facilities.

• Hostel – Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh hostel is spacious and well-furnished, with the availability of a large dining hall. With seventeen hostels provided with recreational facilities such as TVs, health clubs, indoor games, and PCOs, each hostel has its live-in wardens and a faculty member who administers the accommodation. It is to be noted that admission doesn't ensure guaranteed hostel accommodation due to the limited capacity of the hostels. The university offers accommodation to the students based on different factors. There is a separate hostel for married students. Two hostels are available for men and women.
• Gym - Students can take care of their health and fitness by using this gymnasium facility provided by the university. The gym is well equipped with exercise and training equipment. The gym helps the students to stay fit and healthy.
• Sports – The campus has outdoor and indoor games facilities for students' recreation, including basketball, badminton, tennis courts, cricket, and football grounds. The campus sports ground also has a running track. The university also promotes sports like weight-lifting, taekwondo, trekking, and mountaineering. 
• Cafeteria – The air-conditioned cafeteria facilities provided by the university include Chinese, Indian, and South Indian cuisines. There is another split cafeteria available for coffee and snacks on the campus. 
• Auditorium – Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Convention centre has two auditoriums, three lecture halls, one committee hall, one committee room, and one training room. These all are used for academic talks, conferences, seminars, slide and film shows, demonstrations, lectures, workshops, etc.
• Medical/ Hospital - The health centre at the university, right from its inception, has been striving to provide comprehensive health care, i.e., preventive, curative, and promotive services to students only. However, for university staff, there is also a dispensary on the campus.
• Wifi – The university has high-speed wifi connectivity in all laboratories, libraries, hostels, auditoriums and seminar halls, and even guest houses. The campus has been using the new standard for next-generation wireless technology for wifi networks so that the teachers, students, and support staff can easily access the data, voice, multimedia, and video conferencing services and research, e-learning, and business applications.
• IT Infrastructure – The university has set up facilities for in-house use of e-mail, computers, and internet services for all students, project staff, and faculty members. This unit of the university offers a variety of e-services to the students in literature search, computation, and graphics.
• Laboratories – Jiwaji University laboratories are air-conditioned and equipped with various modern instrumental facilities related to all the fields. They are sophisticated but well-equipped, where more than 40 students can perform their experiments simultaneously. 
• Convenience stores – The university campus has a few departmental stores to facilitate students' daily shopping.
• Alumni Associations – The university is proud to have a collective of more than 80,000 alumni. They have been working as social scientists, scientists, literary critics, civil servants, media experts, journalists, foreign language experts, political leaders, technologists, social activists, entrepreneurs, and managers over the last 35 years and more. 
• Parking Facility - The university has a parking facility for students and staff.
• Guest Room – The campus has guest houses. All of these are dedicated to accommodating official and unofficial guests of the university. Workshops, seminars, conferences, and training programmes, are organised by the university, its centres or departments, or the others sponsored by the UGC.
• Banks Facilities – The university's banking facilities include an SBI branch and its ATMs.
• Library – The university has as many libraries as there are schools and centres in the university with a broad collection of books on specialised areas. The National School of Drama's Library of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya pradesh is one of India's most specialised libraries in theatre and drama. The university's library is also a member of DELNET, a network of libraries in Gwalior and beyond, granting access for searches of entire networked catalogues and inter-library loans.

• Social and Cultural: The university has several centres and institutes to promote the welfare of the students and the community. It encourages study abroad and joint research with foreign countries.
• Student Grievance Cell: The university has a student grievance cell dedicated to resolving any issues about the campuses or premises of the university and its various departments. This cell is monitored by the security department of the ji the university which deals with any problems arising out of this cell. The security staff has been trained in handling situations that may arise and proper communication, so students get redressal within a very short time without much inconvenience. The student grievance cell works on the lines of central/state government complaints redressal agencies with a direct link with the central government, state governments, UGC, IITs, and IIMs.
• International Student Cell: The university has an international students corner for the convenience of international students. It consists of a guest house, a library, and a cafeteria. The library is equipped with state-of-the-art reading material on various subjects. It has computers which the students can use to access the internet and other services offered by the library. Students can also use computers in the lobby area of the International Students Corner (ISC) to simply surf or log into their emails. ISC also offers banking services, including ATM services, to students who may need them.
• Health Centre: The university has a health centre for the students. The facilities available in this centre are first class, with 24-hour availability. Students can consult doctors for any ailment and be provided with the very best care available in the city and critical care when required.
• Safety and Security: Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh campus has a strong security system that ensures all its residents' complete safety. The security staff is on their toes every day to ensure that they can respond to any situation that arises and keep the campus safe and secure. 
• Residence Hall: The Jiwaji University has a fully-functional residence hall within its campus that can accommodate 550 people altogether.
